These prices are effective as of October 10, 1995 but are subject to change without notice. Please consult our office if you have any questions concerning this information.

The goods and services listed are those we provide to our clients. You should choose only those items you desire. Any funeral selections you make, however, will include a charge for our services. If legal or other requirements mean that you must purchase any items not specifically requested, we will explain the reasons in writing. This will be shown on the Statement of Funeral Goods and Services.

This price list does not include fees for any items you ask us to order, such as cemetery or crematory charges, flowers, newspaper notices, certified copies of death certificates or other items. The prices for those items will be shown on your Statement of Funeral Goods and Services. We do not charge you for ordering these items on your behalf.

GENERAL PRICE LIST
BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF Our fee for the basic services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to: Responding to the initial request for service; conducting the arrangement conference, preparation of biographical and statistical data; examination of financial settlement options; preparation and filing of papers, permits and authorizations; coordination with those providing other services; preparation and placement of obituary notices; retention and care proper to commencement of post death activities; overhead expenses relative to our facility and operations such as occupancy, administrative and equipment costs. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.)	$1095
EMBALMING Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. No human remains may remain unburied or uncremated in Pennsylvania for more than 24 hours unless embalmed or refrigerated. (N.J.A.C. 8:9-1.1)	$495

It does not include a casket or alternative shipping container, the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to forwarding the remains or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur, Nor dies it include transferring the remains to the airport or other destination, or the charges of a common carrier.	$995
RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME This charge of receiving the remains from the other funeral home, the overnight sheltering of the remains, basic services of funeral director and staff, the obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations, and the local (within 25 miles transportation to the cemetery or crematory. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, or any sheltering on days on which no post death activities occur. Nor does it include transferring of remains from the airport or other source, or the charges of a common carrier.	$995
DIRECT CREMATION Our charges for direct cremation include basic services of funeral director and staff, the local (within 25 miles) transfer of remains to the funeral home, the overnight sheltering of the remains, the obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations, local transportation to the crematory, sanitary care and preparation of remains for identification. THis charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to cremation, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur. Nor does it include the actual cost of the cremation process which is a crematory charge. If you want to arrange for direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative container encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). *The containers we provide are: CARDBOARD POPLAR * OAK * CHERRY * MAHOGANY - $95 - $6795**	$995
IMMEDIATE BURIAL Our charges for immediate burial include basic services of funeral director and staff, the local (within 25 miles) transfer of remains to the funeral home, the overnight sheltering of the remains, the obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations, local transportation to the cemetery, sanitary care and preparation of remains for identification. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to burial, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur. Nor does it include the actual cost of the grave at the cemetery, or the cemetery charge for opening and closing the grave.
